Back at It
Starting Stuff: Warmups with Deadlift and Bench Press
Working Sets: Deadlift 3 x 335 x 3, Bench Press 3 x 185 x 3 (with Pause)
Accessory: Paused Deadlifts 3 x 225 x 3
Solid workout today. For the first day back after a layoff, this moved right along. The deadlift felt light once it broke off the floor. The bench press was light.
After an after-work track session yesterday, this was the second workout in twelve hours. That's a lot of work, and I'll be interested to see how I feel tonight and tomorrow. May be instructive for the back-to-back meets in February.
