This was the plan: 3 x 300 x 2, 3 minutes between reps, 8 minutes between sets
32 degrees at 5 p.m. Rock Springs asphalt oval (passed on doing this at 11 degrees this a.m.)
This is what I did: 5 x 300, 3 minutes between reps. 80%, each rep 60 seconds.
I changed plans because 1) cold and 2) my GymBoss lost battery power. I think this was roughly equivalent to the plan.
If my 400 time was 60 (it's not), then this would be a 75% x 5 workout. If, as I planned, this is an 80% effort, this is about a 66-67 second 400. For the cold, for the time of year, I'm ok with that. Given this is early days, I'm perfectly fine with this.
