Heavy Squats/Short Time (with Video of 2 x 280)
Had an early meeting today at work, and the progression calls for heavy squats. So we moved fast through progressions.
Warming up with triple squats up to 245
Working: Squats 3 x 245, 3 x 265 x 2, 1 x 280, 2 x 280
Accessory: Close grip bench 5 x 135 x 3
I finally think I have this in my head: just squat! All the way. You will come back up! It's not going to crater you.
