Deadlifts and Rack Pulls

Working: Deadlift Triples @ 335, 335, 345, Rack Pulls Triples @ 335, 365, 365 on pin 12
Accessory: Seated Rows 8 x 150 x 3
Jeff believes this deadlift triple is my gym PR, and he may be right; I haven't looked back yet. Peaking for Raw Nationals, I was close to that, but probably not over. This was good work, but not "no good for the rest of the day" hard. Getting stronger.
The rack pulls were at Cathy's and Kurt's pin height, probably just a little lower than I was (say, 3 pins lower) last time. That means that I was pulling from my absolute weakest position, which is of course where it should be. Pulling triple 365, twice, from that pin is a really good thing, and may mean good things for the deadlift in the state meet.
Overall, a very positive day.
