Visiting the parents and getting a quick one in. Made more necessary by the food consumed and the sitting in the car, traveling.

Easy warm ups with the movements, a total of six sets for each, working up to a 75% of max set of 5 on all three.

Deadlift 5 x 135, 5 x 185, 5 x 225, 5 x 245, 5 x 285, 5 x 300

Bench Press 5 x 45, 5 x 95, 5 x 135, 5 x 155, 5 x 175, 5 x 185

Squat 5 x 45. 5 x 95. 5 x 135, 5 x 185, 5 x 205, 5 x 225

Accessory: DB seated presses 8 x 55 x 2, rope pushdowns 8 x 120 x 2

This was not a taxing workout, but it was good to keep things from atrophying too much while out for the holiday. The Y here is a quiet place. There were a few older guys pushing some heavier weight; friendly, but getting their own work done. That's me, too.
