Something's happening here.

The bench press has taken off all of a sudden. Hitting 4 at 225, twice, is startling enough. But a single touch-and-go at 245 was astonishing. It came down under control, and went up without any real grinding at all. I've ground it out more doing the last rep of a triple 205.

The rack pulls were good too. Jeff says one more week of those, with the idea to feel heavier weight coming up. He thinks the top number today is what I could pull in the state meet in six weeks.

Overall I am very happy with my progress. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm beginning to feel comfortable with what I do know. My set up on the movements is much more consistent, and my breathing and "tightness" is improved. Still, much to learn.
