Starting Stuff:    Close grip bench press 5 x 155 x 3

Working:            Squat 3 x 235 x 3

Accessory:          Leg press 8 x 315 x 1, 8 x 405 x 2

              Worked on foot pressure, breaking hips back first. It seemed to get me lower more easily. Felt strong throughout, even though I was slow starting, even with a slight headache to start the workout.

Weight after workout: 163
